Supply & Installation of roofing shingles on a pre-fabricated structure with underlayment. Owens Corning Super Oakridge Shingles with Terra Boards as underlayment.

The client required the underlayment to be lightweight and aesthetically pleasing.

What we did

We suggested Terra Boards which are Wood Plastic Composite of higher density. We also suggested Owens Corning Shingles with Super Sealant Adhesive for extra binding to the surface.

Customer Requirement

The Nature Knots Resort required a comprehensive roofing solution to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of its structures. The project involved the supply and installation of Oakridge Super Shingles on 30mm PUF Insulated Panels, covering a total area of 25,000 square feet. The scope of work also included additional tasks such as the installation of a PVC false ceiling, fabrication of support purlins, and installation of an uPVC gutter system.

What we did

One of the standout aspects of this project was our approach to waterproofing and sealing the PUF Insulated Panels. By integrating advanced materials like the PU55 Grade Polyurethane Sealant and Unvulcanised White Rubber Butyl Tape with Aluminum Mesh Foil, we were able to provide a durable, water-tight roofing system that could withstand the harsh weather conditions typical of Bangalore’s monsoon season.

Project Description

Supply & Installation of Mangalore Roof Clay Tiles which are Dust pressed with Double Groove with bubble design Celing Tiles at the bottom. The roofing is done for a Clubhouse located in Devanahalli, Bangalore at their Brigade Orchards Township. The project also involves the supply and installation of rainwater gutters for better drainage of water.

Customer Requirement

The client wanted a conventional-looking roof with the old-school charm for their Club House in Brigade Orchards.

What we did

We have installed ceiling clay tiles with Roofing Membrane imported from Poland, the membrane used was from Eurovent MAXI Roof post installation of membrane we installed Dust pressed double groove Mangalore Clay Tiles.

Project Description

Supply and installation of Owen Corning Oakridge Super Shingles nailed on to the 17mm 5.5.kg Density Terra Boards. The complete project was focused on achieving a lightweight structure with the aesthetic looks of Shingles. The project is ongoing and scheduled to be completed on 28.12.2023. The total coverage area is around 19000 sft. It is an Eco resort in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.

Customer Requirement

The client wanted lightweight roofing but with a compromise on the aesthetics. He wanted Roofing Shingles which had to be installed on a pre-fabricated structure.

What we did

When we visited the site we analyzed that the Cement Fibre Boards would be too heavy and the structure would not bear the weight of the board and shingle which would be around 4.5 kg/sft then we introduced Terra Boards which would with 5.5 Density with a total weight coming down by 1.75 kg/sft.

Project Description
Repair and Replacement of an Old Wooden Home Roof – Solur, Bangalore Rural

This project involved repairing and replacing the roof of a traditional wooden home located near Solur, Bangalore Rural. The existing roof was replaced with Onduline Dual Tone Red Sheets, installed over the existing wooden underlayment. Proper sealing using sealants and adhesives ensured there was no leakage, and the roof valleys were meticulously sealed to enhance both the durability and aesthetic appeal of the structure.
